CANCER
Cancer
When a disease afflicts the soul and attacks one's mind
Searching for the answers, they cannot find
Wanting to find an answer "Why Me?" they often say
It's living with the reality day after day
Looking in the faces of those in pain
It often seems like they are going insane
No one really knows how they are feeling inside
The feelings and emotions that they are trying to hide
Living with cancer, no one knows but the bearer
And the suffering the friends and family have to bear being the carer
But I will light a candle for those who suffer worldwide
And pray for Gods healing on you all and with you God will always abide
Lifes Fight, Lifes Battle
If we were guaranteed tomorrow I wonder what we would do with our today,
Would we tell those we love them how much they mean to us in every way,
Would we live with regrets or face tomorrow head on,
Can we look back and say we hid our talents or had they really shone,
What lay in store for us is a mystry beyond belief,
Are we blinded by life itself or did we rob it like a thief,
So caught up in lifes cycle trying to make a better day
But a smile says a thousands words a heart can not say,
For those like my father not guaranteed long to live,
thanku for raising me so my love to ohers I can give
You gave the best to me and I know ur going to be okay
I now because God is looking our way
So for all those who are guaranteed tomorrow live it to the very best,
Because those who do not have tomorrow are sometimes the ones who have been put through God's test.
